Dec.01.2008 Ever wonder what an eagle getting raped looks like?

There’s a problem with eagles attacking hens in China. So what’s the solution? Duh…you obviously tie the eagles up so that they make faces like this when being assaulted by chickens.

A hen pecks an eagle. Chinese farmers are trapping eagles and other birds of prey and throwing them trussed up into chicken pens to make them so scared of poultry that they never return

I think we can all relate a bit to that eagle. Sure, he once soared majestically, free to roam the Earth and take whatever he pleased. But now he’s being pinned down by an angry farmer and forced to endure cocks up his ass. It’s like prison, but with blood and tears replaced by adorableness.

For bonus points: What might the chicken be torturing the eagle to find out? Ideally, I’d like to see the chicken saying, “TELL ME WHERE THE BOMB IS.”

Except it’s not. It’s not like I got it on Rick’s House of Fake Eagle Rape Photos. It’s from a major UK paper. Silly Ray.

What’s the funny part? The insane animal cruelty by an ignorant person or the allusion to violence?

The Chinese are terrible to their animals. It’s awful to think that they are just as awful to wild animals…

Rape is nothing to laugh at either.

    Grow up.

Yes how about we all just chuckle at innocent victimless jokes about little bald kids getting footballs pulled out for him. All for you, V.

It’s a funny picture. If you look at the basics of the vast majority of humorous situations, there are victims. That’s what humor is. The eagle will live and the Chinese will continue to torture and you’ll continue whining about how not enough jokes are taken verbatim from Family Circus. Circle of life.

Am I one of the few people that finds this kinda cruel?
I must admit the facial expression is funny though.. >_>

    I mean, that’ll teach them.
Just hopefully they don’t let the chickens rip the poor eagles limb from limb just because of their nature. :(

okay so the person who wrote this has absolutely no sense of humor.
    Omg. its a picture.
The eagles torture the chickens anyways. Saying that Chinese people always torture their animals is very stereotypical. Do you not read the article? It stated that the farmers let the eagles go after that.
“It’s awful to think that they are just as awful to wild animals…” …that’s a horrible thing to say about a ethnic race.
Being stereotypical and such is very immature. You grow up.

This picture/article is very funny though x)

    I agree with V
i dont see whats funny here ,
and i dont think its justified because the eagles prey on chickens
    get a coup XD

i feel sorry that you can see humor in that
you need to upgrade ur sense of humor

If they pulled that in America they’d go to federal prison. As an aboriginal Native American family we are disgusted by this. I’d like to tie a few of those farmers up and show them how it feels. We raise chickens on our place, and the occasional hawk or eagle gets a free meal from us. We consider it an honor to feed our winged brothers. But then I don’t expect honor from a people who have no respect for the life of the animals that feed them. I am ashamed to say we are all related but here goes anyway… M’sit Nokamaq

i agree with Golanv it is very cruel and mean yeah they may let the bird go afterward but i am very spiritual and that is just plan animal abuse. You all should be ashamed of your self for thinking that it is funny. just think if that were anyone of you would you like people laughing at you i think not. I gravely dislike all of you because you think its funny! You all need to grow up and become mature people and care about this sorta of things. If it were not for this beautiful creatures the earth would be populated with all sorts of small prey.

I find this picture highly disturbing ..
I can imagine farmers not wanting their animals to get caught by predators, I can imagine animals (or humans, for that matter!) definitively not liking the idea of being caught and killed by predators - and I would have found a picture of an eagle catching a chicken and seeing the fear in the chicken’s eyes just as haunting. And ‘Hey, that’s nature for you’ is not very consoling.
Death or fear (of death) is never a pretty sight.
And I realise that, being an omnivore, I am a hypocrite.

I like the point of view of the First Nations’ contributor (Golanv), which seems a very ‘in tune with nature’ way to see things.

    Just my thoughts ..
