Audrina Patridge has a new blog on Celebuzz (we’re getting pretty liberal with the word “celeb” aren’t we?) and it’s full of all sorts of interesting things! Like, um, music she likes. Or skin care secrets. And her closet!
But the best? Her take on the paparazzi:
So the other day Lauren and I were laying out in the backyard by the pool soaking up some sun. After a while we both had that feeling we were being watched ~ and we were! A photog had snuck into our neighbor’s yard and was snapping photos over the fence.
We tried to call the cops, but they couldn’t do anything. Since the guy was trespassing in our neighbor’s yard they would have to be the ones to call the police. We will all be keeping a better eye out from now on though!
Yeah I always hate it when photographers are shooting me from a neighbor’s yard, then I opt to pose for them. Then I repost the images (that, remember, made me so angry that I called the cops) on my new blog that I’m paid for in part because I’ve been seen in my bikini in so many photographs taken by the paparazzi that seemingly end up everywhere I am Oh what a fucked up little daisy chain of fake celebrity idiocy that continues to dumb us all down and perpetuate negative stereotypes and imagery that makes young women clamor for an impossible body image.
What? Boobs? Ok. Fine. You’re so smart Audrina.
