Jul.25.2007 SITE NEWS: Room Tone’s last issue is up, HLWIS is dead
I’m looking to streamline the site a bit more and keep all the content in one place (meaning, yes, more posts, more frequently). With that in mind, this week’s issue of Room Tone will be the last one. The weekly publishing thing was kind of taxing and not getting the yields we wanted. However, we did love a lot of the writers on there, meaning that this page will no longer be graced by just my egotism. In the coming weeks, there will be features thrown up by some of the former Room Tone writers on this very main page. They’re all as talented and entertaining as me (shocker, that is possible), so it’ll be a good thing.
Also, Hey Look What I See was not getting updated/fed user content enough, so that’s gone. I’ll still probably have a HLWIS whenever I see one, it’ll just be posted as a regular post. But now there’s a pretty ad there. Ooh clicky clicky on the pretty add.
That should be all the changes for now. In the mean time, check out this week’s Room Tone, familiarize yourself a bit with the writers, and learn how to cope. There is no need to fear change, my friends.
