Feb.07.2007 The KKK is having a good year
According to the Anti-Defamation League, the Ku Klux Klan is on fiah thanks to your liberal ways. The group that has recently become a punchline for its lack of influence, is apparently gaining ground, and friends, due to immigration.
“If any one single issue or trend can be credited with re-energizing the Klan, it is the debate over immigration in America,” said Deborah M. Lauter, ADL Civil Rights Director. “Klan groups have witnessed a surprising and troubling resurgence by exploiting fears of an immigration explosion, and the debate over immigration has, in turn, helped to fuel an increase in Klan activity, with new groups sprouting in parts of the country that have not seen much activity.”
This is not to condone anything they do, but it does make sense. Americans fear the unknown, they fear what’s different. When you have a “steadying” force nearby with a proven track record of consistency, it makes sense for people angry and confused to turn to it. I have to wonder though, how is the KKK reaching out to these people? E-mail blasts? Fruit baskets? Scientology? Well, at least they have a cause based in reality rather than the fiction they used to perpetuate…
The KKK believes that the U.S. is “drowning” in a tide of non-white immigration, controlled and orchestrated by Jews, and is vigorously trying to bring this message to Americans concerned or fearful about immigration.
Poor Jews. For some reason, it’s always their fault. Terrorism? Jews. Immigration? Jews. Bad turkey sandwich? Jews. If they didn’t control all the money on Earth, I’d feel bad for them.
